Mobile, Ala- HUKA Entertainment and Soul Kitchen present, for one night only, Moe. This incredible show will take place Sunday, March 4, 2007 at the Soul Kitchen in downtown Mobile. The show starts at 8 p.m. and the doors will open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $18 in advance and $22 at the door. Pre-sale starts Tuesday, December 12 and tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, December 15. This is an all-ages show. You can purchase your tickets at the Soul Kitchen or Mellow Mushroom in Mobile.

This American jam band started in 1990 and released their first record in 1992. They have made a name for themselves in the jam band scene much like the Dave Matthews Band, Phish and Wide Spread Panic. Moe has appeared at Woodstock ’99, opened for the Allman Brothers in the summer of 2005 and opened for The Who in the fall of 2006. Dave Frike from Rolling Stone Magazine said, “The secret of great jamming is accomplished songwriting- melodic figures and payoff choruses that hold up under the stress de- and reconstruction. Moe are among the few whose composing approaches that kind of focused greatness.”
